Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the PanoIO service provided by MORE Organizasyon Turizm Anonim Şirketi (“MORE”). By using PanoIO you accept these terms. If you have signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.

1. The service

PanoIO lets you see, answer, share across your team and report on the messages and comments arriving at your WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts on one screen. Features may change over time.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your passwords secret.
  • Your administrators decide the users in your company, their permissions and the accounts they are assigned to.
  • Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access to your account.

3. Platform accounts

You may connect to PanoIO only the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and WhatsApp numbers you are authorised to manage. You grant the connection through Meta’s own permission screens and can remove it at any time. You are responsible for complying with the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business terms and related policies. WhatsApp messaging fees are charged to you directly by Meta.

4. Your data and your guests’ data

You own and are the data controller of the items arriving at your accounts. Informing your guests and followers as required by KVKK and other applicable law is your obligation. MORE processes this data only to provide the service, in line with the Privacy Policy.

5. Unacceptable use

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or trying to get around the platforms’ messaging rules.
  • Sharing content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others’ rights.
  • Endangering the security of the service, trying to access other customers’ data, or reverse engineering the service.

We may suspend accounts used in breach of these rules.

6. Fees

Fees depend on the plan you choose and your number of users, and are communicated to you separately.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but maintenance and outages or changes at third-party platforms such as Meta can affect it. If a platform changes or withdraws access permissions, some features may stop working.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MORE is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

9. Termination

You may end the service at any time. After termination your data is deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of __JURISDICTION__ have jurisdiction over disputes.
